Shipping Overview

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Carriers Used

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and product type. Carrier selection is based on speed, reliability, and compliance.

Age Verification

By placing an order, you confirm you are 21+ and legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived products in your state.

State Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all federal and state laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids. Due to state regulations, we cannot ship certain hemp-derived cannabinoids—including THCA, Delta-9, Delta-8, HHC, or similar compounds—to states where they are restricted or prohibited.

We do not ship restricted hemp-derived products to the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.

This list may change at any time based on updated laws.

If your state restricts certain cannabinoids, you may still order non-restricted products such as CBD where allowed.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 PM EST typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day.
High-volume drops (new strains, limited releases) may require an additional 24–48 hours.

Transit Times

USPS First Class: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is lost or damaged, please open a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist where possible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Signature Requirement

Certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Refunds on Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.

Compliance Statement

All products shipped from HeadHemp.com comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Products are shipped with lab reports (COAs) when required.
